John Persano has been a member of the Salter Pilon team since 1993 and has 35 years of experience as an Architectural Technician and Contract Administrator. John is a graduate of George Brown College of Applied Arts and Technology of Toronto.
He has conducted contract administration and field review for most types of contractual procurement methods from stipulated price, to construction management and design-build. His experience and knowledge make John a valuable resource to all projects in the office, contributing to the interpretation of contract documents and the coordination of consultants and contractors. Significant projects where John has played an integral role are the Ontario Provincial Police General Headquarters, Georgian Village and the Bradford West Gwillimbury Leisure Centre.
He works in a supportive manner with clients and their representatives, construction site personnel and authorities having jurisdiction to achieve successful construction results. His depth of experience and ability to solve problems in the field make him a valuable asset to Salter Pilon.
