Having undergone numerous renovations, we were asked to review the functional needs of the existing OPP Association offices and to help establish a plan for expansion of their current office functions, including anticipated future growth needs. This project included the addition of a 12,300 square foot three- storey office block to the existing building. The new office component has a prominent façade, which faces Highway 400 in Barrie. The scope of work also included 7,200 square feet of altered space within the existing facility. The layout of this office building included secure entries, a secure storage area, receiving area, fitness room with change-room/shower area, as well as private and general office areas. After this project was successfully completed, we were approached by the OPPA to fit-out the shelled office space on the third floor.
