Feasibility Studies
Salter Pilon has performed feasibility studies for a wide variety of projects including educational, corporate and healthcare facilities. These studies have been used in the development of Building Programming, Conceptual Design, and Project Budgeting, providing clients with the needs and requirements for future capital projects.
Interior Design
The Salter Pilon interior design team has developed a holistic approach to interior architecture ensuring a synthesis of vision, function, and aesthetics.. Our services include needs assessment/programming, space planning, furniture specifications and accessory selection/procurement. Creating timeless and elegant interiors to suit the specific requirements of each client is our design philosophy.
Master Planning Services
Our services involve a thorough exchange of thoughts between ourselves and the clients to determine project needs and program direction. Also included is the analysis of existing facilities to identify expansion potentials including the purchase of additional properties to support future development. In the end, the Master Plan becomes the cornerstone for identifying long-term goals and objectives as well as establishing the funding requirements for future capital projects.
Computer Aided Facility Management
Salter Pilon has been involved with computer aided facility management for over ten years and has carried out assignments for two District School Boards and two Community Colleges in Ontario. Using VisionFM software we have catalogued space at the region, property, building, floor and room levels allowing clients to assign assets to spaces both inside the building and on the property.
